…slang for my initials LW. Inspired by my life’s journey, my commitment to personal growth and a lifetime of uncommon experiences has given me a lot to share, in hopes it will help you on your path.
I grew up as a kid on welfare. At 18 I served in the US Army overseas. At 25 I worked on Wall Street. At 35 I married and had kids. At 45 I did obstacle races. At 50 I bushwhacked through foreign jungles. At 55 I was on my next act, to give back through my ventures.
Now an author, blogger, business consultant, holistic health coach and yoga instructor, retired Wall Street executive and US Army Veteran, I created The Musings of LW as a place you can visit to get inspired, learn something new and have a few laughs!
Giving back is part of our ethos at The Musings of LW, so we give a percentage of our profits to charity. For 2024, we are giving to Veterans For Child Rescue, a non-profit dedicated to exposing child trafficking in the USA, rescuing victims, & putting predators behind bars.
