My eBooks were born out of my desire to give back, for folks joining my Tribe, as is common practice online. Research revealed I should write about topics I know well, which I have either practiced or studied for some time. When first confronted with this I thought, “what in the world do I know well enough to author a mini book about?”

Then it came to me…I’ve been doing the health and wellness thing for decades. Whether it was trying different nutrition plans, supplements and cleanses on myself, or workouts, yoga and Spartan races, or holistic medical approaches, I had my answer.

5 Easy Ways To Be A Healthy Badass is my first eBook, intended to help anyone who wants  SIMPLE tools and tips to learn new habits or to get back on track to better health. Although designed for beginners on their health and wellness journeys, even those who feel they’ve got this area of their lives sorted out can benefit from these basics. And voila, 5 Easy Ways is now a series, so stay tuned for the next installment!
